What motivates us

The PAN-DUR Group is a family-owned group of companies that always takes the future and generations to come into consideration when making decisions. We do not view sustainability as a trendy topic, but rather the inner motivation for our activities. The transition from the first to the second generation has already taken place. We have an excellent team, making us well-equipped to meet the challenges of the future.

Innovation

Not only do we have the desire to take a sustainable approach to business, we also have a passion for improving the way we do things. We do not see innovation as an end in itself. Instead, we believe that innovation should always provide our customers with added value such as saving energy or more attractive merchandise presentation.

Asking the right questions

“What can we improve with different materials and/or new procedures?” That is one of the questions we concern ourselves with. Each customer project is unique. And it is incredibly satisfying for us to work with our customers to come up with exciting approaches, even before the detailed development stage begins, and to supervise the realization of these products right through to the production stage: from a hand-drawn sketch to the design and sample construction stage right through to the finished product. Good to know: our manufacturing has been designed to accommodate the cost-effective production of small quantities.

It is often the case that new in-house developments come into being as a by-product of such situations. PAN-DUR was one of the first companies to cover refrigerated cabinets with glass using new and innovative ideas. Prior to this, rollerblinds were only used in order to save energy outside business hours.

Quality!

None of our products or parts are launched before they have been put through their paces in our testing facilities and declared to be fully developed. PAN-DUR stands for top quality and optimized products!
