We are passionate about technical textiles. You tell us what characteristics the finished product should have and we will develop your special fabric from the very first thread – from the choice of yarn to determining the color spectrum, everything is highly precise. We work in close cooperation with other textile specialists in Germany whenever specific work such as spinning, knitting, weaving, Jacquard weaving and finishing is required. We analyze what can be achieved with the respective technology and combine forces to find the best possible solution for your product. For example, when manufacturing a roller blind as a luggage space cover: in this case, “pockets” and contour paths for the laser cutting machine are woven into the design so that the final product can be manufactured without sewing, using an efficient cutting process.

We combine textiles with the necessary technology

By producing textiles in-house, we are in a position to customize the properties of the textile to meet your specific requirements: the color, stiffness, total black-out characteristics, impermeability, high thermal resistance and many more. Logos, names, branding and woven patterns can also be incorporated during the customization process. After all, your material is unique, and people should notice that.

We keep abreast of new technological developments by maintaining close contact to suppliers. In this way, we are able to take full advantage of all of the possibilities that textile materials have to offer. You can also benefit from the fact that we are able to use CATIA to depict a textile product in 3D during the development process. This allows you to be able to see a detailed image of your product ahead of time.

If it works with textile, we’ll do it with textile – to add value

As soon as new textile techniques come onto the market, our minds are spinning with ideas of how we can make use of these techniques for a specific request or a specific product. In these situations, we often come up with completely new areas of application for textile materials. One example of this is the superstructure above refrigerated cabinets, which is typically made of wooden panels. When textile cladding is equipped with the necessary functionality, it can, for example, offer a greater degree of accessibility during maintenance operations, thus offering added value. It is our objective to replace unsustainable materials such as PVC with a better textile solution that looks sophisticated and is pleasant to the touch.
