As a family-owned SME, we take our responsibility towards our employees, the regions in which we are based and the environment very seriously.

Responsibility towards our employees

We provide our employees with the support they need to regularly partake in continuing education. We hold employee interviews to identify suitable opportunities. In the administrative area, there is a flexitime model based on trust that runs from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., allowing everyone to determine their own suitable working hours.

Responsibility towards our region

We support local clubs through donations and sponsorship. We are committed to education by offering internships to pupils and taking part in “Girls’ Day”.

Responsibility towards to the environment

The environment is a topic that is particularly close to our hearts. Beginning with the energy supply for our buildings and our production, we look for the most sustainable and state-of-the-art solution.

Whenever we purchase new systems and machinery, we seek the advice of specialists in order to find the best possible technology for our sector and new solutions for a more sustainable supply of energy.
